At Castle Medical Centre, we are a mixed-billing practice committed to providing the highest quality medical care in a professional and caring environment. Our fees reflect the time spent with the doctor, the complexity of your concerns, and any procedures performed during your consultation.
Private fees apply to all face-to-face and telehealth consultations unless you meet the following bulk billing eligibility criteria:
Health Assessments and GP Management Plans are bulk billed for all patients.
Please note: A gap fee of $30 applies to all consultations, in addition to the standard consultation fee.
For patients with private health insurance (e.g., Overseas Students Health Cover, Work Cover, etc.):
We offer onsite HICAPS claiming services for foreign visitors and overseas students with valid private health insurance cards (e.g., Bupa, AHM ,Allianz, Medibank, NIB).
Bulk billing is at the discretion of the doctor. Your usual GP may offer a discount or bulk bill as a one-time courtesy. This does not set a precedent, nor should you expect the same from other GPs.

Prices may vary due to changes. Please confirm fees with reception prior to booking or receiving services.

Our GPs may be able to take your call, time permitting; however, consultations will only be interrupted for urgent matters. For non-urgent inquiries, our reception staff will take your details, and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible.
Similarly, all emails will be responded to promptly, following the same procedure.

If your doctor has requested that you undergo a test (e.g., blood, urine, scan, etc.), please ensure you book a follow-up appointment to review the results 7 days later (or earlier if specifically advised by your doctor).
